The rates noted above are for ANNUAL COMMITMENTS W/CONTRACTS. Wet slip and boatel annual contracts run April 1 thru March 31. Contracts initiated after April 1 will be pro-rated to March 31 of the following year.
Annual slip contracts include water and full use of the facilities. Electric use is at additional charge.
Length of boats is based on actual LOA
including platforms & pulpits.
Any other payment terms must be approved in advance by
the management of Gates Marine Services, Inc. and/or Deale Marine Center, Inc.
SWIMMING POOL is for use of SLIPHOLDERS and their ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ONLY.
